Athens Archery Return Policies
Please see below for specific return policies for bows, apparel and accessories.
All returns sent to Athens Archery must be accompanied by a RMA number obtained prior to shipment. Please call us at 585-397-7085 to receive an RMA number. The RMA number must be clearly written on the package and also included in a note inside the package. Please include on the note you name, address and best contact phone number.

All product must be carefully packaged to ensure no damage occurs during shipping. We highly recommend using a trackable service with appropriate shipping insurance. Athens Archery is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages.
In the case of a return, Athens Archery will not reimburse shipping charges. Items that are on sale are not eligible for return or exchange. Athens Archery will only accept returns/exchanges from items directly purchased through Athens Archery. If you have purchased through an authorized factory dealer, please refer to the dealer and their return/exchange policies.
Refunds for approved returns will be processed within 15 days of receipt. Please ensure you provide a contact phone number in the event we need to process a credit card refund.
Orders canceled for any reason are subject to a 5% restocking fee. Customs strings will not be refunded and will be shipped to you + shipping charges will apply.
Apparel/Accessories Return Policies:
Returns will not accepted for apparel unless the item is damaged or the item(s) delivered does not match the order.
Bow Return Policies:
Bows are typically made specifically for the consumer purchasing the product and due to their nature are typically not returnable. Please call our support department at 585-397-7085 if there is a situation that warrants additional consideration to receive a return authorization number. Bows returned for any reason are subject to a 25% restocking fee and must be returned within 15 days of receipt. If you purchased your bow through a dealer or other source, please refer to their return policy. Athens Archery will not accept or consider returns on product not purchased direct. In order to receive full credit minus restocking fee the bow must be in resale-able condition with no marks where a rest was placed on the riser, strings/cables in non-worn condition, no damage to finish, etc. Please refer to the Athens Archery lifetime transferable warranty for further details regarding warranty claims.
